Stella Fiore has been growing quickly, but we still run as a small, local business with a deep sense of family.
We are Kris & Katie Amos. We opened October 1st of 2012, as a food truck at Four Corners in Maple Valley. Since then, our business has changed dramatically. We appreciate all the experience and relationships we have gained from our opening until now. What we have truly come to love is catering all types of events for our clients. We will continue to stay a small family business. We are actively involved in every job and take pride in our work. We would love to cater for you as well! Please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Serving Seattle and the Greater Puget Sound area, we handcraft delicious, gourmet wood-fired pizza in our mobile food truck. Using fresh, local high quality ingredients, Stella Fiore blends flavors and textures together to create a variety of pizzas to fit every taste for events and parties.
