About Stella Fiore
Serving Seattle and the Greater Puget Sound area, we handcraft, delicious, gourmet wood-fired pizza in our mobile food truck. Using fresh, local high quality ingredients, Stella Fiore blends flavors and textures together to create a variety of pizzas to fit every taste for events and parties.
Opening in October of 2012, Stella Fiore started as a family owned and operated business. Since our first day, Stella Fiore has been growing quickly, but we still run as a small, local business with a deep sense of family.
